Pastors Wayne and Ginger Sheppard have been in full-time ministry for 29 years. They served as student pastors for many of those years and are now the lead pastors at Destination Church in Saraland, Alabama. Pastor Wayne has spoken at many conferences and churches sharing his methods of growth and his love for the local church. He believes everyone has a destiny and his passion is helping people discover their personal calling in life. Pastor Wayne and Ginger have two children Greyson and Dylan.
